SUBS/ADDING TO YOUR ROSTER POLICIES

🔄 One-Game Sub Policy (Temporary Players)

Need a last-minute fill-in? No problem, just follow these steps to keep it fair and fun for everyone.

First things first:
You must notify the league administrator (Andres or your onsite lead) before bringing in a sub. See below how to notify!

also, no subs are allowed during playoff & finals weeks.

Who can sub in?
Subs must already be registered in the same league as your team.
Example: If you’re playing in Wednesday 4v4, your sub must already be a registered player in that Wednesday 4v4 league.

Sub limits (per league):

- Standard leagues (4v4, 5v5, 6v6, 8v8, etc.):
You can bring subs only to reach the standard number of players on the field - no extras or bench subs.
➤ Example: For 8v8, if you have 6 players, you may bring 2 subs to reach 8 total but not more than that.

- Exception: Sunday 11v11 Leagues-
You may bring subs to meet the minimum + one extra male and one extra female.
These matches are 90 minutes, and we prioritize safety and subs for breaks.

🚫 No ringers.
Subs should match the level of play for the division your team registered for.
If you're in a recreational league, do not bring in a competitive-level sub.

⚠️ Help us keep this policy alive:
We're offering this sub option to help avoid forfeits, but if it becomes difficult to track or is not followed, we reserve the right to revoke it for the rest of the season.

To secure a sub:

Captains must:

•⁠ ⁠Text Andres (321-295-6585) with the sub’s full name and the night/league.

•⁠ ⁠Get a reply that says “Approved” before the game.

Subs must:

•⁠ ⁠Show that approval text to the ref at check-in.

Refs must:

•⁠ ⁠Confirm the sub has an approval message from Andres.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Confirm team is eligible for sub and remove player if eligibility changes

If they don’t, the player can’t check in—no roster, no approval, no play.
